SEM is burdened for the multitude of Baptist churches that are closing or are about to close for a lack of knowledge, leadership and godly vision.

SEM will provide emergency workshops, evangelistic energy in the local area, pastoral advice and leadership, pulpit supply, encouragement and education for the pastor, and will help find a suitable sound pastor if the pulpit is vacated.

SEM will never supersede the authority of the local church nor lord over the Lord’s heritage. No loans will be granted nor properties seized.

SEM only seeks to glorify GOD and our reward is to see more healthy, evangelistic, doctrinally sound Baptist Churches that are autonomous and indigenous.
